Financial Analyst

This position will be supporting value-based care strategy and growth initiatives for the Care at Home and Senior Community Care business units. This individual will support the financial modeling and analysis of new market opportunities, support CAH and SCC leadership on an ad-hoc basis, provider performance and engagement opportunities, and developing value-propositions of our operating models.

This position is full time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complex financial modeling and analysis
• Act as a business partner and support ad-hoc needs 
• Continually seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality of reporting
• Other responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate SQL or other relational database solution experience
• Ability to work full time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Hyperion Essbase and PeopleSoft Financials
• Ability to build strong relationships across functions
• Data visualization skills using Power BI and/or Tableau
• Comfort working with financial models

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from$49,700 - $88,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
