As a Senior Manager, GTM Delivery, you will lead go-to-market planning and execution for strategic product, platform, and service launches across the Directed Spend business. This role serves as the central coordination point connecting strategy to execution, ensuring new products, platform enhancements, client migrations, and partner-driven initiatives are delivered in a coordinated, scalable, and measurable manner.
The Senior Manager, GTM Delivery is accountable for identifying cross-functional needs and developing go-to-market plans across Account Management, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, etc. and external partners to ensure readiness, alignment, and successful launch outcomes. This role requires creativity, system-thinking, strong leadership, influence, and operational discipline to manage complex dependencies, mitigate risks, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver measurable business results. The individual will play a critical role in translating strategic business priorities into launched capabilities that drive growth, adoption, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Define and implement new run-the-business processes, operating models, and ownership structures to support the launch and scaling of new products and services
- Lead end-to-end execution of new product and service launches, capability rollouts, platform enhancements, and strategic business initiatives
- Drive execution of complex cross-functional programs involving Account Management, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, and external partners
- Serve as the primary orchestration point across internal teams and strategic partners to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness
- Establish and maintain integrated delivery plans that clearly define milestones, risks, dependencies, decision points, and accountability across workstreams
- Manage execution of key business transformation initiatives (ex. platform modernization efforts, client migration programs, and strategic growth initiatives)
- Facilitate governance forums, status reviews, readiness assessments, and executive-level updates that drive decision making and accountability
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies that may impact successful delivery or launch outcomes
- Develop and manage launch readiness frameworks that ensure operational, technical, client, and partner preparedness prior to implementation
- Define and monitor entry and exit criteria, go-live requirements, and stabilization plans for major launches and deployments
- Coordinate end-to-end testing, validation activities, and cross-functional readiness efforts across internal teams and external partners
- Lead post-launch stabilization activities, including issue management, performance tracking, and continuous improvement efforts
- Establish feedback mechanisms that capture lessons learned, operational insights, and improvement opportunities to strengthen future delivery execution
- Partner closely with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable delivery plans that produce measurable outcomes
- Drive consistency in delivery methodologies, governance practices, reporting structures, and operational processes across initiatives
- Utilize metrics, KPIs, and performance reporting to provide transparency into program health, launch success, adoption, and business impact
- Support leadership in building scalable delivery capabilities that enable growth, operational excellence, and successful execution of strategic priorities

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience leading complex cross-functional programs, product launches, technology implementations, or strategic business initiatives
- Proven experience managing large-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and significant organizational impact
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end program execution from planning through launch, stabilization, and operational transition
- Experience coordinating work across Account Management, Operations, Marketing, Product, Technology, and external partner organizations
- Experience developing executive reporting, governance materials, and strategic communications for senior leadership audiences
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and project management tools
- Proven understanding of business transformation practices such as process design, financial modelling, and program management
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, issues, and executive escalations in complex environments
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable plans
- Proven exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and workstreams
- Proven established written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment across teams without direct reporting authority
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project/program management certifications
- Experience supporting healthcare, financial services, benefits, payments, or highly regulated industries
- Experience leading client migrations, platform modernization initiatives, or large-scale technology transformation programs
- Experience working with strategic external partners and vendor organizations in a delivery or governance capacity
- Experience supporting organizational growth through scalable delivery practices and operational excellence initiatives
- Experience developing and implementing performance metrics and reporting frameworks that connect delivery execution to business outcomes
- Demonstrated success launching new products, services, or technology capabilities into production environments
- Proven ability to establish launch readiness frameworks, operational readiness processes, and go-live governance structures

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
