The Innovation Center Content Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day program management from strategy through execution for all content initiatives used in the Innovation Centers in MN and DC. This role excels at tasks like developing timelines, file sharing, drafting meeting recaps, organizing folder systems, tracking budgets, cataloging/maintaining the archive files, proactively managing team's time and coordinating efforts across key executive stakeholders in the content development process.  

To succeed in this role, the Innovation Center Content Program Manager should have excellent interpersonal and time management skills and be incredibly organized, as they will be collaborating with internal and external teams as well as leaders to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform team coordination: across Design, Strategy and Tech prioritizing tasks, providing clarity and fostering a one team mindset including leading Creative and Content prioritization meetings to review work in progress, proactively forecast upcoming projects, manage the demand, capacity and planning amongst the team, and partnering with Content Strategy on custom content requests  
  • Collaboration and engagement with Creative Partners: facilitate content creation and design following established best practices by the Creative Partners team
  • Traffic/Project Management: develop and manage overall project timelines, assets and deliverables including development and updates of the annual content calendar
  • Lead the infrastructure systems: 
    • Manage file and resources organization on Corp Mkt Server and on SharePoint including content libraries ensuring final file integrity and version control, working files, video, etc. are accounted for, and perform annual content audit (in partnership with Strategist)
    • Workfront (WF) project management tool including project Intake/set up, develop timelines, collaborate with resource manager to assign team, research and gather project background for kick off / team discussion with comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports including leading any WF innovation
    • Legal reviews with primary legal contact 
    • Manage Release Form process (when appropriate)
  • Routing liaison: coordinates feedback from Subject Matter Experts (SME), Legal and others as needed
  • Proofread: responsible for arranging proofreading with Creative Partners for projects then assessing final quality against the edits for all material before finalizing/sending to project owner 
  • Testing: Develop testing plan in partnership with Tech team and trouble-shoot as needed including providing all files for testing
  • Reporting: 
    • Capture and report quarterly metrics for the team
    • Proactively collect Centers monthly accomplishments 
  • Improvements: identify and implement process refinement and create efficiencies striving for seamless end-to-end execution
  • Manage budgets as necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing marketing projects and timelines
  • Advanced proficiency with Workfront (project intake, setup, reporting)
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, Strategy, Tech, SMEs) and partner with senior leaders to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with SharePoint for file sharing, collaboration, and information architecture
  • Asset management experience (organizing, cataloging, and maintaining digital files and archives)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management systems
  • Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), including creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows (briefing, reviews, version control) and working in a Mac environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
