As a Lead Technical Product Manager, you will lead complex, multi‑team AI chatbot initiatives and define the long‑term vision for LLM‑powered conversational platforms. This role requires deep product judgment, strong technical depth, and cross‑org influence.


You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership: Define and manage AI chatbot requirements, roadmap, and Lead large‑scale GenAI initiatives across multiple teams
  • Delivery & Development: Collaborate with ML teams on prompt engineering, RAG, and model evaluation, Write user stories and acceptance criteria in Rally; validate Aha! Requirements
  • Project Management: Partner with program teams to maintain updated project plans and mitigate risks
  • Backlog Management: Groom and prioritize features and technical improvements aligned with business goals. Help in Identifying and prioritize high impact chatbot use cases, Balance tradeoffs between model performance, cost, and scalability
  • Quality: Drive chatbot quality improvements (accuracy, latency, containment)
  • Responsible Use of AI: Collaborate with security and privacy teams on PII and compliance
  • Leadership:  Mentor and coach senior product managers, Influence senior stakeholders across engineering, legal, and business
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years of experience with system design and technical fluency
  • 1+ years of with experience leading AI driven products
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise environment supporting LLM systems, RAG, evaluation, and limitations
  • Willingness to work CST or EST timezone

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare Experience
  • Proven track record of shipping products at enterprise scale
  • Proven excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700    to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
