The Chief Digital and Data Office (CDDO) is seeking a Principal Project-Program Manager to lead the day-to-day CDDO delivery of the Contact Center Transformation (CCT) program. This role is vital to achieving our enterprise objective of $1B in SG&A reduction by 2028 through digital capabilities and AI expansion. You will be responsible for the granular oversight of program activities, ensuring that CDDO fulfills its delivery accountabilities with precision and transparency. Your focus will be on the active management of delivery plans, identifying and collaborating to resolve roadblocks, and ensuring clear visibility into our workstreams' progress. By coordinating closely across internal teams and external partners, you will ensure that dependencies are managed and milestones are met to drive the successful shift to digital and enhanced self-service channels.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct the day-to-day coordination of program milestones, ensuring all workstreams within the CDDO portfolio remain aligned and on schedule
- Maintain detailed delivery plans and provide granular visibility into progress, ensuring all stakeholders have accurate and timely information on project health
- Proactively manage project-level dependencies and facilitate the resolution of daily operational issues that could impact delivery timelines
- Actively track and mitigate risks, ensuring that potential bottlenecks are identified early and addressed through collaborative problem-solving across teams
- Partner with workstream leaders and external delivery teams to synchronize activities and ensure CDDO's accountabilities are met with high quality
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to evaluate delivery data, helping to optimize workflows and identify opportunities for increased team productivity
- Facilitate regular execution-focused meetings to drive progress, ensure task completion, and maintain alignment across cross-functional teams
- Use enterprise-approved AI tools to automate program tracking, streamline status reporting, and enhance the visibility of daily program activities

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in program or project management within a complex, large-scale enterprise environment
- 5+ years of experience in the active management of detailed delivery plans and cross-functional workstream coordination
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and resolving complex dependencies and daily operational risks
- Advanced proficiency in enterprise project management platforms to drive daily execution
- Proven track record of providing high levels of visibility into project progress through detailed reporting and milestone tracking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent project management leadership experience
- Experience delivering projects within digital transformation, consumer experience, or automation-focused programs
- Proven solid analytical skills with a focus on operational delivery and process improvement
- Proven ability to thrive in an environment requiring high-touch coordination and active involvement in daily project details

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
