    • Partner with Account Management, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to support retention goals and ensure a consistent renewal experience
    • Document and improve renewal procedures to increase consistency, efficiency, and scalability
  • Stakeholder Communication and Product Support
    • Communicate professionally with brokers, consultants, employer clients, and internal partners to clarify requests, resolve issues, and support timely execution
    • Represent MTP externally with clear, accurate, and service-oriented communication
    • Translate operational, renewal, and quoting details into clear updates for stakeholders
    • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and follow-through across multiple concurrent priorities
  • Workflow, Systems, and Process Improvement

    • Act as a coordination point for incoming requests, ensuring work is routed, tracked, and completed appropriately
    • Maintain data quality, documentation, and audit readiness in Salesforce and related tools
    • Recommend process improvements based on request volume, turnaround times, stakeholder feedback, and recurring operational issues
    • Support business growth and product expansion, including increased demand related to newly launched ancillary products including the CAR-T risk product (the Managed Cell Therapy Program)
