We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Ancillary Benefits Management (ABM) Product Team supporting our DME Navigator (Durable Medical Equipment Benefits Management) product, that is innovating in the market. In this role, you will help drive meaningful impact for our clients and millions of members by ensuring high-quality, scalable, and user-centered product delivery.


In this role, you will own day to day product management execution for DME Navigator and serve as the product subject matter expert (SME). You will be responsible for backlog ownership, release planning, and ensuring that new features and capabilities align with the product vision, strategy, and broader ABM portfolio priorities.


This position requires a strong product manager who excels in execution, collaboration, and problem-solving. The Product Manager partners closely with engineering, analytics, clinical, operations, sales, and marketing teams to translate business and user needs into clear requirements and deliver iterative enhancements aligned with enterprise priorities.


You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.  For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the product SME, deeply understanding how UI, clinical, network, and claims components come together into a unified solution
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market needs, customer pain points, and industry trends to inform product improvements and strategic priorities
  • Translate strategic product direction and innovation concepts into clear execution plans, ensuring all integration points, operational readiness steps, and lifecycle management activities are addressed
  • Managing capability roadmaps, feature delivery, and cross‑team alignment
  • Identify, develop, and document product requirements for new features and content, including front end and back end functionality, as well as claim edits/analytics
  • Coordinate across engineering, operations, analytics, clinical, and external partners to ensure effective delivery and operational performance
  • Develop and maintain release documentation, process workflows, and readiness materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage dependencies to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery to the market
  • Help establish, monitor, and report on key product KPIs including roadmap milestone attainment, operational SLAs, adoption, and performance outcomes
  • Use data and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, product performance, and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, payer operations, regulated environments, or utilization/care management domains
  • Experience leading product execution in a complex matrix environment; skilled at influencing without direct authority and managing thru ambiguity
  • Experience driving cross‑functional delivery across technical, operational, clinical, and analytics teams
  • Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs and deliver iterative releases
  • Solid analytical capability with experience defining and managing product KPIs and using insights to guide decisions
  • Experience working with health care administrative and clinical data (e.g., claims, prior authorization, eligibility, clinical decision support)
  • Proficiency with backlog management, and translating strategic direction into actionable work
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, readiness coordination, and leadership reporting
  • Proficiency with product and collaboration tools such as Aha!, SharePoint, and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) domain, including familiarity with DME benefits, workflows, or payer processes
  • Experience supporting end‑to‑end healthcare products delivered through multiple platforms or partners
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile development environments
  • Experience developing clear product documentation, release notes, and stakeholder‑facing communications
  • Proven ability to act as a product SME for a newly launched or scaling solutions
  • Familiarity with utilization management, network models, or healthcare claims concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities and tight timelines

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
