The Regional Manager drives safety performance across a multi-site environment, ensuring best practice and engagement with operations at sites to establish an industry leading safety culture. Serve as the company's Safety representative for assigned region, providing technical safety expertise as well as knowledge of industry standards and best practices. Conducts safety meetings, worksite inspections, identifies hazards and safety violations. Establishes appropriate measures and ensures all deficiencies and violations are corrected in a timely manner. Oversee the investigation process of incidents occurring in assigned region. Drives forward safety performance across all operational sites, ensuring continuous improvement and provides feed back to the executive leadership team. Conducts project safety inspections, training programs and audits as necessary.

Arranges monthly safety meetings with operations at respective locations to ensure best practice and commitment to company safety goals.  Completes and submits accident reports. Ensure company compliance in relation to industry regulator standards (OSHA). Regional Manager must be able to drive "a zero injury safety culture without compromise." This is a critical position that is responsible for enforcing a culture of safety and related quality inspections, audits, meetings, and data for a large regional network of pharmacies. This position reports up to the Director, EHS and will be responsible for national and regional audit and inspection programs for quality and safety. Position can be located at any one of the National sites, Regional sites, or Home Infusion sites that are centrally located to an airport, and accessible via car or plane.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related experience and in-depth knowledge of environment, health and safety regulations 
• 5+ years of experience having managed regional/distributed sites (safety)
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience within a high-risk manufacturing environment
• Experience coaching, mentoring and educating others in a collaborative team environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of process safety and risk assessment tools and techniques (i.e. FMEA)
• Sound working knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Clean-Room, and government regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Expert on OSHA regulations, Hazmat/Hazwaste
• Willing to travel (25% travel)
• Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Hazardous Materials Management (CHMM), and Occupational Health
• Certified Auditor

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
