As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of a healthcare product team; focused on developing and implementing methods to improve data generation, usage and reliability. You will be a key team member, focused on developing foundational data-pipelines for downstream analytics.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Research, interpret, and analyze diverse and complex data
- Implement analytic activities to support decision-making across multiple lines of business
- Design and deliver complex reports and analysis through self-service reporting tool - Power BI/Looker
- Utilizing SQL to create net new solutions, modify existing content and distribute the data to users and other systems
- Implement process improvement initiatives and automation for efficiency where appropriate
- Be responsible for the delivery of results and the support of business strategies derived from data insights
- Participate in all phases of a project life cycle including database design, process flow, benchmark and trend analysis, and modelling
- Produce analytical outputs, executive summaries and descriptive analytics reports for Senior Leadership
- Collaborate with different lines of business and business functions, to understand their analytic needs, act as consultant to propose business solutions, and communicate results of analytics
- Provide recommendations to the development team regarding query optimization

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Data Analysis and/or Data Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, Data Modelling & Reporting and working on cloud
- Experience in deploying large scale analytical solutions and/or working in a large multinational company
- Experience in data ETL and blending tools
- Proficiency with Excel & visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Proficient in research, interpreting, and analyzing diverse and complex data, and assessing Data Quality
- Proven data manipulation and data transformation skills and proficiency in at least SQL or Python
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building data pipelines on either AWS, Azure or GCP, following best practices in Cloud deployments
- Data migration projects / Dev-ops / Data-Dev-Ops
- Query Optimization
- Proven track record in delivering technology driven solutions through full project life cycle

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
