As a Senior Project Manager within the Pricing and Underwriting organization, you will be part of a high-performing team reimagining how we deliver critical business outcomes. This role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through completion-ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic business objectives.

You will serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and operational partners-driving execution while managing risk, change, and adoption. Success requires strong delivery leadership, comfort navigating ambiguity, and the ability to translate business needs into modern, sustainable tooling solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead end‑to‑end project execution across multiple functional areas, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational priorities
  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource assignments, milestones, and dependencies
  • Proactively monitor execution outcomes and take decisive action to address risks, issues, or delivery constraints

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

  • Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and subject matter experts to ensure requirements are clearly documented, understood, and traceable
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on complex or critical initiatives, providing proactive guidance and solution-oriented recommendations
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise status updates and insights (written and verbal) to executive leadership
  • Anticipate customer and stakeholder needs and proactively develop solutions to meet or exceed expectations

Risk, Quality & Governance

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans and maintain active risk and issue logs
  • Establish and apply appropriate quality objectives, success criteria, and performance metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ensure project deliverables meet defined standards and escalate appropriately when risks to delivery arise
  • Use dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools to drive transparency and informed decision-making

Continuous Improvement & Change Leadership

  • Analyze project outcomes and lead lessons‑learned activities to improve future delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across project teams
  • Recognize and celebrate team contributions throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or related roles
  • 4+ years of experience managing complex projects involving scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; strong documentation and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP)
  • Six Sigma or process improvement training a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, perform conceptual analysis, and develop innovative solutions
  • Experience in healthcare, PBM, insurance, or highly regulated environments
  • Experience working within Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
  • Ability to work independently while effectively contributing to large, cross‑functional teams
  • Experience with technology-enabled or process improvement initiatives 
  • Strong experience communicating and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization, including executive leadership

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely 
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with guidance and established frameworks

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
