The Senior Software Engineer will be building next generation products and services enabling product development teams. They will produce high quality code across the full technology stack like (ReactJS or Angular, Java / Groovy and Spring boot). Actively participates in Agile software processes. Mentors other Software Engineers and lead by example on agile practices, customer collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Full Lifecycle Development: Engage in end-to-end software development, including gathering requirements, designing architecture, writing high-quality code, testing, deploying, and maintaining applications in production
- Back-End Engineering: Develop highly scalable and efficient back-end microservices using Java & SpringBoot frameworks, focusing on performance, reliability, and security
- Automation: Responsible for implementing unit and integration tests automated tests and integrate to the continuous integration pipeline for more efficient release on demand and automation
- Front-End Engineering: Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular
- Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: Utilize cloud platforms and best practices to manage infrastructure, implement robust CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth deployment and operations
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, other engineers) to deliver impactful features
- Innovation & Problem Solving: Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, debug complex issues across the stack, and introduce new technologies or methodologies to improve engineering efficiency and product quality. Use AI in daily development

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- 5+ years of experience in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices
5+ years of experience in Back-End Expertise in the Core Java, Springboot, Microservices REST APIs and Cloud platform (Azure)
5+ years of experience in modern front-end technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one major framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)
5+ years of experience mentoring other Software Engineers and leading by example on agile practices, coding standards, design standards etc
3+ years of proven experience in building and working within microservices architectures and domains
2+ years Cloud Technologies: Hands-on experience in deploying and managing applications on a major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
2+ years of experience in Kafka, Event driven architecture, Junit using Mockito framework, API testing
2+ years of experience in Cloud Native & DevOps Tools: Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred), CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI), and infrastructure-as-code principles
2+ years of experience in Databases & APIs: Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Experience designing and consuming robust RESTful APIs
2+ years of experience in quality assurance, including experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks
2+ years of experience with security platforms, vulnerabilities arise from code and infrastructure and ability to remediate at rapid pace

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
