Primary Responsibilities:
- Exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
- Ability to interact with business users, I/T and customers to define application requirements
- Ability to write the code and review the code of the engineers
- Involve in critical and complex technical discussions
- Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and ability to document low to highly complex functional designs and data structures, to support business and operational requirements
- Candidate should be confident to work independently, handle and guide the team and should be self-motivated
- The candidate should have good analytical and self-learning skills and desire to learn new technologies
- Candidate should have worked in microservices environment and should be fully aware of reference architectures and design patterns required for a complex implementation
- A great attitude and the passion and persistence to solve complex problems

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in development
- 8+ years of experience in programming languages:
- Java
- JUnits
- Maven or Gradle
- 3+ years of experience in Frameworks & Technologies:
- Spring Boot
- REST APIs
- Git
- Rabbit MQ
- 3+ years of experience in Databases:
- RDBMS
- SQLServer
- 3+ years of experience in Scrum Framework
Preferred Qualifications:
- Senior COBOL Developer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in COBOL, JCL, and Mainframe Technologies
- Expertise in COBOL programming and the ability to handle production support tasks, specifically in the areas of maintenance and operations (MandO)
- Prior experience with Integrated Eligibility is preferred, and knowledge of the Healthcare domain is essential

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
