Responsible for developing and delivering new integrations, features, rules, workflows, tasks, needs, and functionalities on the SailPoint IIQ & Identity Now platform.

You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance tools
  • Write Java code for reporting and role management
  • Build IDM applications using SailPoint and Java; participate in requirement analysis and design, conduct unit testing, and provide third-level support for SailPoint applications
  • Work on large-scale proposals by creating technical solutions and estimating effort for multiple IAM products
  • Identify risks and issues, offering recommendations to address significant or complex challenges
  • Create new audit reports, templates, and ad hoc requests, and run current audit reports for SOX, PCI, and CPNI related to specific applications
  • Implement new code in UAT and production environments as part of system development lifecycle processes
  • Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting
  • Advocate for problem management best practices, resolve root causes, and minimize future incidents
  • Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts
  • Participate in production support on-call rotation, especially handling complex issues
  • Collaborate with vendors on root cause analysis and help drive mitigation or elimination actions for future incidents
  • Join software design meetings and analyze user requirements to determine technical specifications
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and present them to decision-makers.
  • Update project schedules to track and measure progress on assigned tasks
  • Carry out other duties as required, assigned, or requested
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills and prioritize work effectively in a highly dynamic environment

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in CS or IT related field
  • 6+ years of experience with SQL and Java
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure AD or similar public cloud platform, Windows AD and LDAP
  • 2+ years of experience with data security
  • 2+ years of experience working with and integrating APIs (SOAP / REST)
  • 2+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management processes and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience with SailPoint products IIQ / ISC
  • Experience with Sailpoint, Okta and other IGA Products along with Microsoft Azure AD, Windows AD and LDAP
  • Experience in healthcare industry

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
