Primary Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy, Vision and Delivery: Define and communicate a unified product vision and multi-year roadmap for claim platforms, aligned with organizational goals and market trends. Maintain product features and user stories, participate in product development ceremonies and testing. Monitor and report product development progress. Drive portfolio-level prioritization balancing innovation, scalability, and operational excellence. Integrate cutting-edge AI technologies (LLMs, orchestration, context engineering) to accelerate delivery and adoption
- End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Manage the entire lifecycle of platform products-from concept and MVP through iterative enhancements-using agile methodologies. Partner with business leaders, architects and engineering teams to assess capabilities, evaluate alternatives, and prioritize releases. Collaborate extensively with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed features and user stories. Lead backlog refinement, grooming, and prioritization activities to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify user needs and translate complex AI concepts into practical, user-centric solutions. Help fit the AI products for business use-case and implement to deliver value to the business. Ensure measurable business outcomes through value-driven product delivery
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and influence cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, UX, business) to deliver integrated, high-impact AI solutions. Partners with architects, engineers, quality, IT support, and business teams to design and implement platform capabilities that meet acceptance criteria. Drive alignment across teams, resolve blockers, and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Mentor product teams to build AI/ML expertise and leadership capabilities. Represent the product in executive forums and industry thought leadership initiative
- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Define and monitor KPIs tied to success criteria (e.g., platform uptime, scalability metrics, modernization adoption, business impact). Monitor product performance using analytics and communicate progress to stakeholders
- AI Tool Utilization - AI User Role: Use Microsoft M365 Copilot for backlog refinement, feature and user story definition, acceptance criteria, and outcome-based functional test cases. Leverage MS Teams Copilot for meeting notes, stakeholder communication, and dependency tracking. Utilize AI Assistants in Aha and Rally to facilitate requirements/design sessions and accelerate feature and user story creation. Apply AI-driven insights to improve collaboration and speed-to-market
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
Program Strategy, Planning & Delivery
- Define and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and dependency maps across Claims, Eligibility, and platform modernization initiatives
- Drive execution across multiple workstreams using agile and hybrid delivery model
- Track and report program health, risks, issues, and dependencies to executive stakeholders
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams spanning engineering, product, architecture, operations, data, and compliance
- Drive alignment, resolve blockers, and manage inter-program dependencies
Financial, Risk & Dependency Management
- Manage program financials, forecasts, and benefits realization
- Identify and mitigate delivery, operational, and technology risks
Modernization Enablement
- Accelerate initiatives such as F6, cloud migrations, and SOT adoption
- Support reduction of legacy footprint and measurable cost savings
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Define and track KPIs tied to schedule predictability, quality, resiliency, and business impact

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in CS or IT related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT software engineering with experience either in development (any one object-oriented programming language) or in Quality Assurance
- 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and iterative product development as role is responsible for user experience, non-user function, and functional specifications for the product
- 2+ years of experience with foundational platform components, integration frameworks, and cloud adoption strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and skills in relationship management and active listening as candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with business and technology partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating product vision and outcome-based roadmap aligned with business objectives and modernization goals
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical features and user stories
- Strong prioritization and dependency management skills
- Strong understanding of value creation through reuse, cost optimization, and efficiency improvements
- Ability to act as a liaison between engineering, architecture, and business leaders
- Experience with application modernization, microservices, and orchestration of business processes
- Candidate should have extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, including pharmacy operations and business practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft M365 Copilot for backlog refinement, user story creation, acceptance criteria, and test case development
- Ability to use MS Teams Copilot for meeting notes, stakeholder communication, and dependency tracking

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
