Position Summary
We are seeking an Agile Practitioner II (Grade 28) to serve as a delivery enabler and systems-oriented problem solver on our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving clarity, alignment, and consistent execution across multiple teams, serving as a central point of coordination between technical, product, and requesting teams. You will ensure a shared understanding of requirements, solution intent, dependencies, and delivery expectations, while supporting the coordination of work across applications and teams. By applying Agile practices to improve delivery outcomes, remove friction, and enable efficient, predictable execution, you will help keep our delivery systems running smoothly without pulling in program-level ownership. You will also support data flow awareness where delivery intersects with enterprise initiatives and assist with delivery-aligned financial reporting, helping maintain alignment between delivery execution and reported financial data.
Primary Responsibilities
- Delivery Execution & Cross-Team Alignment:
- Act as a central coordination point between technical teams, product partners, and requesting stakeholders.
- Maintain clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and cross-team impacts.
- Align impacted application teams on delivery expectations, readiness, and execution timelines.
- Support early identification of impacted systems and downstream consumers to prevent coordination gaps.
- Feature Solutioning & Lifecycle Support:
- Support feature solutioning processes from initial intake through to execution readiness.
- Facilitate alignment on technical solution approaches and key dependencies.
- Ensure operational continuity from intake to delivery execution.
- Review work items thoroughly for completeness and readiness.
- Consuming Application Alignment & Communication:
- Validate impacted applications and ensure relevant teams are fully informed of requirements, solutions, and timelines.
- Maintain consistent and open communication across all impacted application teams.
- Support close alignment with partner and external teams to ensure smooth integration.
- Enterprise Data Flow & Operational Awareness:
- Support team understanding of data flows across systems, teams, and environments.
- Maintain proactive awareness of upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Apply knowledge of enterprise integration systems and integrations to resolve data flow gaps.
- Meeting Facilitation & Solutioning:
- Facilitate working sessions focused on alignment, blocker resolution, and problem-solving.
- Guide team discussions toward clear, documented outcomes and next steps.
- Translate complex technical and business inputs into actionable delivery solutions.
- Facilitate standard Agile ceremonies as needed to support smooth delivery.
- Impediment Management & Problem Resolution:
- Proactively identify blockers, coordination gaps, and execution risks.
- Drive swift resolution with appropriate stakeholders and escalate risks with recommendations when necessary.
- Financial Coordination & Reporting Support:
- Support ongoing financial reporting activities by providing updates and ensuring alignment with delivery progress.
- Contribute to weekly financial reporting updates by gathering, validating, and organizing relevant delivery data.
- Obtain and incorporate inputs from cross-functional alignment forums to ensure financial information reflects current priorities, changes, and delivery status.
- Help maintain alignment between delivery execution and reported financial data by identifying discrepancies or gaps and coordinating with appropriate stakeholders.
- Support consistency and clarity in financial inputs without owning full financial planning, forecasting, or budget management.
You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
