The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead delivery execution for cloud build initiatives across complex, cross-functional technology programs. This role is responsible for managing the build of cloud environments and foundational platforms, partnering closely with platform engineering, infrastructure, security, application teams, vendors, and service providers to deliver outcomes within agreed scope, timelines, and governance expectations.
This role will help coordinate cloud build activities including environment provisioning, landing zones, network setup, identity integration, and shared services enablement. The Senior Technical Project Manager will maintain clear delivery visibility across plans, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, timelines, and leadership communications.
This role actively uses enterprise-approved AI tools and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance delivery execution, streamline coordination, improve decision-making, and generate or maintain delivery artifacts such as status reports, program plans, timelines, and dependency mappings.
You'll be part of a team solving meaningful technology challenges in cloud infrastructure and platform delivery while helping teams operate with strong execution discipline, clear communication, and customer-focused outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams including platform engineering, infrastructure, security, and application teams
- Coordinate cloud build activities such as environment provisioning, landing zones, network setup, identity integration, and shared services enablement
- Own delivery governance across risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; proactively identify blockers, escalate appropriately, and drive resolution
- Develop and maintain project plans, delivery timelines, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting to support execution within committed scope and timeframes
- Facilitate cross-team alignment forums, working sessions, stakeholder reviews, and execution routines to drive decisions and remove roadblocks
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates for leadership, highlighting build progress, risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans, and decision needs
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to align scope, timelines, deliverables, and execution expectations
- Ensure build artifacts such as runbooks, architecture diagrams, environment configurations, delivery plans, and dependency documentation are maintained and accessible
- Use AI-enabled tools to generate, refine, and maintain delivery artifacts including status reports, program plans, timelines, dependency mappings, and leadership updates
- Apply organization knowledge to navigate processes, systems, and policies; proactively seek the right stakeholders and resources to facilitate successful outcomes
- Assess delivery risks and impacts, evaluate mitigation options, and apply business and historical context to recommend paths forward
- Evaluate quality processes, identify opportunities to streamline, and consider customer experience, business impact, and solution objectives when managing risks and delivery decisions
- Build customer and stakeholder confidence by delivering to commitments, maintaining open communication, incorporating feedback, and adjusting delivery approach as needed

- Applies sound judgment to identify delivery risks, assess impacts, validate assumptions, and recommend practical mitigation options
- Tailors communication to the audience, conveys appropriate urgency, and provides fact-based, transparent updates to technical and executive stakeholders
- Builds trusted relationships and influences direction-setting, decision-making, and conflict resolution across teams
- Encourages responsible use of enterprise-approved AI tools to improve delivery execution, reporting quality, artifact maintenance, and team productivity
- Maintains a customer-focused approach that balances delivery commitments, business priorities, security considerations, quality expectations, and stakeholder experience

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management within cloud or infrastructure domains
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
- Strong knowledge of dependency management, risk management, and delivery governance
- Experience defining project scope, identifying risks, and ensuring delivery within timelines and scope
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, infrastructure, and business teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to present to technical and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance delivery execution and reporting
- Experience working with vendors, service providers, and cross-functional engineering teams to align scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Experience supporting senior technology leadership and coordinating engineering organizations
- Experience driving process improvements for operational readines
- Experience working in large enterprise technology or health care technology environments

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
