As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will manage team-level execution, product backlogs, sprint delivery, forecasting/budgeting, and product development activities across cross-functional engineering teams. In this role, you will lead stakeholder intake discussions, drive alignment on technical customer-facing solutions using modern system design and APIs, and leverage enterprise AI tools to expedite delivery. Working across multiple teams, you will oversee Agile metrics, maintain delivery transparency through tools like Aha! and Rally, and share product highlights and risks with leadership to ensure high-quality software delivery aligned with business strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage team-level execution, product backlogs, sprint delivery, project forecasting/budgeting, and product development activities
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on responsible use of AI
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to expedite delivery of the team's backlog, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead intake discussions, guiding stakeholders through requirement definition and submission to ensure clear, complete requests
  • Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams spanning multiple areas to define and deliver scalable product features aligned to business and technical needs
  • Evaluate emerging technology trends to inform solution design, system architecture, and strategic innovation
  • Maintain product management tools (e.g., Aha! Rally), ensuring accuracy of timelines, data quality, and adherence to delivery standards
  • Oversee project budgets, delivery timelines, and team performance metrics, sharing key highlights and risks with leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent technical experience (e.g., 4+ years of technical product management experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or technical product management
  • 3+ years of demonstrated understanding of system design, APIs, and modern application architectures
  • 2+ years of experience leading or supporting multiple Agile Scrum teams in a cross-functional environment spanning multiple teams
  • 2+ years of proficiency with product and delivery tools (such as Aha! or Rally for example) for roadmap planning, backlog management, and reporting
  • 1+ years of experience of managing project budgets and forecasts
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools for support of daily work tasks and expediting delivery
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Experience building, deploying, or integrating enterprise AI-powered capabilities or platforms
  • Proven experience with financial budgeting, project forecasting, and tracking delivery timelines in a large enterprise environment
  • Experience driving team metrics improvements and presenting project updates to executive leadership

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
