We're looking for a highly organized, dependable Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Global Real Estate at UnitedHealth Group. You'll keep the SVP's office running smoothly by managing the calendar, coordinating meetings, booking travel and handling day-to-day administrative work. You'll work with leaders, business partners, and service providers across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the SVP's calendar across multiple time zones and coordinate meeting logistics and materials
  • Act as a professional point of contact for the SVP's office, screening and routing requests
  • Draft routine correspondence and format documents, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Schedule leadership team meetings and help with town halls, offsites and team events
  • Book domestic and international travel and prepare itineraries
  • Process expense reports, invoices and purchase requests
  • Maintain organized files, SharePoint libraries, distribution lists and org charts
  • Support other members of the leadership team and help with ad hoc projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of administrative experience, including 2+ years supporting a Director-level leader or higher
  • Experience with expense reporting and travel booking systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Proven solid organization skills and attention to detail
  • Proven clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Proven discretion in handling confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in corporate real estate, facilities or shared services
  • Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Planner or Forms

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20 - $36 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
