We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Business Analyst to lead the process analysis across PBM Growth and Retention.. This role will be instrumental in driving modernization, data consistency, and operational efficiency across our growth and enablement ecosystems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Product Process
- Lead/Define and evolve the growth operating framework to capture product/service/fee elections across the client lifecycle
- Partner with Growth teams to ensure seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ, SFGO, PIM and broader PBM Operational processes
- Drive integration and utilization of a comprehensive product catalog and client-specific fee schedules
- Client Process Enablement
- Lead initiatives to process reengineer efficiency, client data into a unified platform and/or workflow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding, maintenance, and client relationship management workflows
- End-to-End Process Analysis
- Map and analyze current-state workflows across product and client operations
- Identify inefficiencies, manual processes, and data fragmentation points
- Recommend and implement tooling and automation strategies to improve operational throughput and reduce risk
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, analytics, IT, and delivery teams to translate complex business needs into actionable process driven enhancements
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and workflow changes, ensuring they are aligned with enterprise strategy and operational needs
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop business cases and business roadmaps for process improvements.
- Aligning enterprise goals such as AI enablement.
- Track and report on KPIs including client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue impact

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare technology, enterprise product management, or related healthcare operations environments
- Demonstrated experience independently leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem identification through implementation, delivering measurable business outcomes
- Proven ability to identify root causes, solve ambiguous business problems, and drive adoption, operational efficiency, or revenue growth through data-driven decision making
- Experience influencing director-, VP-, and senior leadership-level stakeholders without direct authority to drive alignment and execution
- Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal direction, proactively identify opportunities, and advance strategic initiatives in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Experience developing and executing data strategy, workflow orchestration, or business process transformation initiatives resulting in measurable operational or financial impact
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Client Lifecycle Management processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation, product, operational, or technology initiatives with executive visibility
- Experience presenting recommendations, business cases, and program outcomes to senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- Experience leveraging AI/ML, analytics, or automation to improve business performance and decision-making
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulatory compliance, governance, and data management practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across highly matrixed organizations, including architecture, operations, product, and client services teams
- Proven track record of improving adoption, customer experience, operational performance, or financial outcomes through strategic program leadership
- Proven exceptional analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
