The Sr Cybersecurity Analyst - Asset Discovery & Integration will be responsible for deploying, supporting, and integrating asset discovery tools with enterprise technologies to enhance visibility and security posture. Primary focus will be on Armis and related integrations across corporate and acquired environments.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain asset discovery platforms (primarily Armis) across diverse network environments
- Integrate asset discovery tools with SIEM solutions, network infrastructure, vulnerability management platforms, and other security technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support of security products
- Troubleshoot complex network and security issues related to connectivity, port mirroring, SNMP, and tool integrations
- Provide technical expertise during mergers and acquisitions for onboarding acquired entities into corporate security standards
- Coordinate with vendors for deployment, maintenance, and support of security products
- Document processes, configurations, and integration workflows for operational consistency
- Offer occasional after-hours support for critical incidents or deployments

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience and solid understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, routing, switching, and network protocols
- 5+ years of experience with Splunk or similar platforms
- 5+ years of experience with Network Security and in-depth knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and security protocols
- 5+ years of experience with routers, switches, and other networking hardware
- 5+ years of Operating Systems experience and proficiency in Windows and Linux environments
- 5+ years of Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services)
- 5+ years of Network Design & Implementation and ability to interpret network architecture and design secure solutions
- Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving connectivity and integration issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables efficiently
- Attention to Detail: Proven ability to ensure accuracy in configurations and documentation
- Vendor Coordination: Proven ability to maintain solid relationships with vendors for product lifecycle support
- Passionate about staying current with emerging technologies and security trends

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
