The Technical Delivery Lead Analyst - Remote is a delivery oriented role that supports technology initiatives by aligning resource demand, vendor support, and financial demand and capacity planning support aligned to active and planned technology projects. This role requires a strong understanding of technology delivery models, role types, and delivery needs in order to ensure the right resources are sourced, onboarded, and supported effectively. The role partners closely with technology leaders, delivery teams, vendors, finance, and sales partners to manage resource demand, oversee onboarding and technical setup, support vendor operations, and provide staffing and demand insights that enable delivery execution and payer technology growth.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Technology Delivery & Project Support
- Support technology delivery initiatives by aligning staffing and vendor resources to approved technology projects and roadmaps
- Understand the nuances of technology roles and delivery team compositions required across engineering, data, platform, and integration efforts
- Partner with technology and delivery leaders to ensure projects are resourced appropriately to meet execution needs
- Resource Demand & Onboarding Management
- Manage technology resource demand across projects, including contractors, consultants, and vendor provided resources
- Coordinate end to end onboarding activities, including system access, technical setup, and readiness for deployment
- Support hiring managers through interview and selection processes to ensure alignment between role requirements and candidate capabilities
- Track resource start dates, end dates, extensions, and potential redeployment opportunities
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as an operational point of contact for strategic vendor partners supporting payer technology initiatives
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, resource setup, and ongoing operational alignment
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in technology staffing and delivery support
- Financial & Demand Management Support
- Provide ongoing visibility into technology staffing demand, vendor utilization, and capacity needs
- Track and support analysis of vendor and contractor spend, burn trends, and staffing mix
- Partner with finance and delivery leadership to support demand planning and cost awareness aligned to growth objectives
- Go to Market, RFI & RFP Support
- Support Payer Technology growth initiatives by contributing technology staffing and capacity inputs to go to market planning
- Provide resource mix assumptions, role models, and vendor considerations in support of RFI and RFP responses
- Partner with sales and delivery leaders to ensure proposed technology staffing approaches are feasible, governed, and scalable

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience supporting delivery, resource management, vendor operations, or consulting delivery environments
- 1+ years of experience coordinating onboarding, vendor interactions, or cross functional operational processes
- In-depth understanding of common technology roles, delivery team structures, and sourcing models
- Proven solid organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting technology staffing or vendor management functions
- Experience supporting financial or demand analysis related to staffing and delivery
- Exposure to onboarding, vendor management, or enterprise delivery systems
- Familiarity with technology delivery environments, cloud platforms, or regulated operating models

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
