This role sits at the intersection of corporate finance and data analytics, supporting multiple Treasury functions across cash management, investments, funding, and risk. The position focuses on enhancing forecasting capabilities and translating Treasury data into forward-looking financial analysis, insights and automated reporting to support Treasury's strategic goals and decision-making.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze key cash flow drivers and underlying business trends, and incorporate insights into financial analysis and forecasting models
- Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and Treasury team members to implement machine learning (ML) predictive data modeling tools for cash flow forecasting
- Translate complex Treasury and financial data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership
- Utilize tools like Power BI to create detailed reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights, driving better decisions in forecasting, investing, borrowing, and risk management
- Develop automated workflows to extract and manipulate data for analysis and incorporate data quality and integrity checks
- Ensure integrity and reliability of financial data through validation, controls, and reconciliation processes
- Communicate insights, assumptions, and limitations clearly-both visually and verbally-to audiences ranging from operators to senior leadership

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or other quantitative field
- 2+ years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, FP&A, banking, capital markets or a related financial function
- Demonstrated experience working with financial datasets and translating financial results into actionable insights
- Proven high attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Proven solid communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven solid understanding of investments, cash management and capital markets
- Demonstrated familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Proven foundation in statistical analysis and programmatic methods
- Ability to effectively and responsibly leverage AI for productivity gains
- Proven advanced kills in Power BI, SQL or Microsoft Excel
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $$72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
