This role supports the Business Solutions Curo Utilization Management team for both new market implementations and post go live maintenance. This role will be responsible for partnering with the product team on enhancement requirements, grooming sessions and pre/post deployment in order to obtain the updates for the training materials. You will partner with our product teams and other stakeholders to ensure go live readiness across all domains. You will leverage the relationships built during implementation to continue to provide post go live support to ensure all resources are properly trained to leverage the Curo platform in the most expeditious manner.  Successful candidates for this role will be agile, solution oriented, customer focused, analytical, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point resource for Curo Utilization Management Platform trainer 
  • Combine knowledge of utilization management process and knowledge of the new and existing system functionality to all users can be successful
  • Create and maintain training materials required to perform the training role
  • Collaborate with interdependent teams on scheduling and deliver required training
  • Serve as liaison between business, technical development teams, interdependent product teams for the purpose of remediating any defects identified
  • Coordinate with team performing the testing and validation of identified solutions
  • Present status updates to cross functional groups including executive leadership
  • Provide post go-live support to ensure the overall success of the Curo UM platform at the direction of leadership


Job Scope and Guidelines

  • Experience utilizing outstanding relationship building skills with a natural ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues
  • Serve as a key resource for delivering required training
  • Proven problem solving, data analysis, and organizational skills
  • Develop relationships with external and internal business partners
  • Interface with technical and cross functional teams
  • Experience developing process documents such as policies, procedures, and job aids
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer driven focus
  • Track all progress for delivered training
  • High proficiency with MS Office Applications, especially Excel and Power Point

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience
  • Registered Nurse with active, unrestricted license
  • Experience as a utilization management reviewer
  • Experience with utilization management platforms


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
