The VP of Growth is responsible for driving PharmScript's Sales, Retention & Customer Success strategy by leading high-performing teams focused on expanding pharmacy partnerships, delivering exceptional client engagement, and achieving aggressive revenue and margin goals. This role directly oversees Sales, Business Development, and Client Success functions and has matrix leadership for Marketing, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and seamless execution across all markets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute PharmScript's sales, retention and client services strategies at the national, business-line level
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify new market opportunities and optimize existing partnerships
  • Represent sales, retention and customer success in governance processes and strategic planning forums
  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Payer Relations and other teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients
  • Collaborate with matrix partners to ensure PharmScript partner impact is considered in financial decisions
  • Responsible for monthly forecasting, reporting, and tracking provider and consumer satisfaction via surveys
  • Own P&L accountability for sales, retention and customer success functions; annually this will include for Sales adding new LTC facilities and business development creating incremental revenue and margin expansion

Sales Oversight

  • Lead a multi-tiered sales organization, including Sales Directors, Business Development Managers/Reps/Analysts
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and ensure attainment of sales targets

Client Success and Retention

  • Oversee account management for PharmScript's facility clients, focusing on risk mitigation, retention, and growth opportunities
  • Direct oversight of specialized programs (e.g., Cost Containment, Healthy @ Home)
  • Evaluate new growth opportunities and serve as an industry expert in relationship forums

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy services, or related fields
  • Proven track record of leading multi-state teams and achieving aggressive growth targets
  • Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and incentive programs
  • Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Long term care
  • Experience in pharmacy care services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $159,300 to $273,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
