As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will provide friendly, timely, and professional support to pharmacy customers while ensuring smooth daily operations within the pharmacy. You will assist with customer service, order lookups, billing issue resolution, supply management, courier coordination, and general administrative tasks to help maintain an efficient and compliant pharmacy environment.

Pharmacy Location: Located within Lee Health Specialty Pharmacy in Estero, FL
8350 Hospital Drive, Suite 120, Estero FL 34135
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, 40 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist pharmacy customers in person and by phone, providing timely and professional service
  • Look up customer information and order status using pharmacy systems, escalating issues to pharmacy liaisons as needed
  • Operate the pharmacy POS system and assist customers with basic billing concerns over the phone
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including sorting/distributing mail and maintaining pharmacy and office supply inventories
  • Coordinate mailing, shipping, and courier services, maintaining records and resolving service issues when needed
  • Support compliance activities such as temperature monitoring and shipping verification

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Recent work experience in customer service role
  • Proficient computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, or medical office setting

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
