Oregon Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine) to join our established team at Garden Way Medical Clinic in Eugene, OR.  Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.

Join a highly collaborative primary care team delivering relationship-based care to a diverse patient population across the lifespan. This opportunity is ideal for a Primary Care Physician who enjoys caring for older adults while practicing in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on access, continuity, and population health.

Position Details:
*    Outpatient-only Primary Care practice
*    Four 10-hour days, five 8-hour days, or 4.5-day schedules available
*    Hybrid work model available for eligible providers
*    Established patient panel with significant growth opportunity

Required Qualifications:
*    MD or DO degree.
*    Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
*    Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
*    Oregon medical license and DEA registration, or ability to obtain prior to start.
*    Current BLS certification.

The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
