Optum Washington ( formerly The Everett Clinic) is adding a Gastroenterologist (MD/DO) to our team in Everett, Washington. . Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.

Our practice of 10 Gastroenterologists and 6 ARNPs continues to grow. We are looking to add an additional team member to keep up with patient volume and demand. Our team is a thriving and supportive, physician-led practice located just 30 minutes north of Seattle. We focus on the health of our patients and strive for a healthy work-life balance for our team. Our low physician turnover rates and high physician satisfaction scores make Optum one of the Northwest's most sought-after organizations.
Practice Highlights:
* Minimal Call - 3-4 weekends per year (1 weekend every 3-4 months), 2 call nights per month
* Daily mix of procedures & patient visits (60%+ time in endoscopy)
* Supportive multispecialty practice with robust primary care group referral base.

Compensation/Benefits Highlights:
* $40,000 starting bonus with no repayment

Required Qualifications:
* Board Certified/Eligible in Gastroenterology and Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
* Unrestricted Washington license or ability to obtain one
* Ability to obtain hospital privileges at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience within electronic medical record system
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $386,500-757,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
