Primary Responsibility:

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science engineering. Overall 5+ years of experience in AI ML roles
• Experience in implementing real projects using Gen AI, Fine tuning LLMs , RAG.
• Experience in implementing enterprise level Agentic solution using any of the open frameworks (Langgraph, Google ADK, CrewAI, etc.)
• Experience with vector databases / embeddings.
• Experience in Document AI / OCR / extraction solutions and structured output creation
• Exposure implementing multiple machine learning and AI techniques such as supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, Deep learning, NLP
• Familiarity with NLP literature, thrust areas, conference venues, and code repositories
• Familiarity with UI tools like Streamlit, flask etc , FAST APIs , Rest APIs , Docker containers
• Proficiency in Python, pytorch , SQL and other programming languages for data analysis and modeling with atleast 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in libraries such as OpenAI API
• Proficiency with cloud development environments such as Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Understanding of Both Opensource and Open AI LLMs and RAG architecture
• Proven good grasp of using LLMs, Deploying LLMs
• Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
