Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and enhance features for the ContractHub AI platform, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability
  • Build and integrate AI/ML capabilities (e.g., NLP, document processing, clause extraction, contract analytics) into contract workflows
  • Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., procurement, CRM, legal tools) to enable seamless data flow
  • Implement workflow automation to streamline contract creation, review, approval, and compliance tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, business, product) to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and high availability
  • Ensure adherence to security, data privacy, and compliance standards across all implementations
  • Contribute to code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices to maintain high engineering standards
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI-driven solutions
  • Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software development, with solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
  • Hands-on experience with backend technologies (e.g., Java, Python, or similar) and RESTful APIs
  • Experience working with enterprise integrations, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP preferred)
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts, especially NLP, document processing, or generative AI use cases
  • Understanding of secure coding practices, data privacy, and enterprise security standards
  • Demonstrated solid problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proven excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (business, legal, product)


Preferred Qualification:

  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools and data processing pipelines
