We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Budget Manager / Business Process Analyst to support the financial and operational rigor of our marketing organization. This role owns end‑to‑end marketing financial management-including budgeting, procurement contract mgmt., expense tracking, accruals, and reporting-while also leading the analysis and optimization of business processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in finance and accounting, paired with a process‑improvement mindset and the ability to partner effectively across marketing, finance, and operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management and Reporting
    • Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with enterprise financial objectives
    • Track and reconcile marketing spend, including invoices, purchase orders, and accruals
    • Liasson between marketing organization and procurement contracting
    • Prepare and deliver regular financial reports and insights to marketing leadership and key stakeholders
    • Analyze financial performance to identify trends, variances, and cost‑optimization opportunities
    • Partner with marketing leaders on forecasting, resource allocation, and budget planning
    • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, controls, and audit requirements
    • Support financial close activities, audits, and related documentation
    • Data and cost-benefit analysis assisting marketing executives
  • Business Process Analysis and Optimization
    • Document and assess current‑state marketing processes and workflows
    • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
    • Design and implement improved or new processes to enhance operational effectiveness
    • Facilitate working sessions and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on solutions
    • Develop and maintain process documentation, metrics, and training materials
    • Establish reporting and KPIs to monitor process performance and adoption
    • Ensure processes align with regulatory, compliance, and governance standards
    • Oversee workforce planning for growth, attrition, and globalization to align with workforce and financial forecasts
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management, financial analysis, or business process analysis
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and accounting practices
  • Proficiency with financial and procurement systems (e.g., Excel, SAP, Ariba, Mercury)
  • Proven exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to communicate complex financial and operational concepts clearly to non‑financial stakeholders

Preferred Qualification:

  • Marketing or agency‑side experience
