The Business Systems Analyst supports the design, maintenance, and governance of security across Human Capital applications including PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle Cloud HCM, ServiceNow, and UKG. This role assists with building, testing, and provisioning user access, resolving security-related defects, and ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provision and maintain HCM security roles, job roles, and data access
• Manage Secure Requests and troubleshoot access issues across HR applications
• Review, triage, and resolve security defects; partner with functional and technical teams on root-cause analysis
• Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud HCM release testing, validating security role impacts and updates
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and access remediation activities
• Develop and maintain system documentation related to security design, implementation, and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to governance standards and segregation-of-duty requirements
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM security (role maintenance, user provisioning)
• 1+ years of experience in user provisioning and access administration
• 1+ years of experience working in a production support or operational environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting system design and implementation projects
• PeopleSoft HCM security experience
• Familiarity with Oracle developer tools (HCM Experience Design Studio, Page Composer, Structure, VB Studio)
