This role designs, develops, maintains BIP and OTBI reports and dashboards within Oracle Cloud HCM to support enterprise data quality initiatives. The Developer partners with business and technical teams deliver high-quality audits and error reports that support data governance, data accuracy, and operational readiness.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports and dashboards
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Build error, audit, and validation reports to support data cleanup, defect detection, and quality monitoring
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, and templates
• Perform deep data analysis to validate accuracy, prioritizing data integrity and compliance
• Build OTBI analyses, dashboards, KPIs, and drill-down capabilities
• Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance standards are followed when accessing and distributing information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance reporting capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of solid proficiency in SQL (complex joins, subqueries, filters, data validation)
• 2+ years of familiarity with Oracle Fusion Data Model / subject areas
• 2+ years of solid problem-solving and performance-tuning skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on BIP experience (templates, bursting, data models)
• Experience developing OTBI analyses and dashboards
• Experience using Power Query for data transformations
• Familiarity with GITHUB for code versioning and repository management
