The Employee Relations Analyst will provide support for various employment compliance related functions and programs for the Employee Relations team supporting Human Capital Quality, Compliance and Employee Relations Operations. The role will also support administrative and operational processes related to the Employee Relations Case Management activities. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Fulfills all personnel file, legal and subpoena requests for documentation; contacts requestor to obtain more information as needed
  • Resolves issues by asking clarifying questions; researching questions and exploring answers and alternative solutions, and consulting with others, as needed, prior to recommending appropriate actions
  • Pulls appropriate documentation from a variety of systems including GSS, MyHR, Payroll, Conduent, etc., and ensures correct information is sent in a timely manner
  • Completes research from all available resources for due diligence in an effort to mitigate risk of non-compliance
  • Responds to internal and external audit requests for documentation
  • Gathers appropriate employee information and may assist in support of various Human Capital Quality, Compliance and Employee Relations Operations projects and initiatives (e.g., compliance reporting, internal quality reviews)
  • Handles and prioritizes daily case load and escalates cases as appropriate
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate
  • 2+ years of progressive human resources/compliance/analytical work experience
  • Intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Proven solid verbal and written communication skills for interacting with legal professionals and all levels of the organization
  • Proven excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
  • Demonstrated solid organizational skills and ability to work in large, fast-paced environment
  • Proven comfort with gray areas, critical thinking, examples of problem solving, problem solving without clear direction precedence, comfortable asking difficult questions, pride in the role and personal work ethic
  • Proven precision in reviewing documents and ensuring compliance with legal standards
  • Proven solid interest and/or background in the fundamentals of human resources/compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS college degree
  • Paralegal or experience working with Attorneys
  • Document maintenance experience
  • Process and policy support experience
  • Proven solid reporting and analytical skills
