Job Description - Executive Assistant
Location: Gurugram

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and project coordination support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and leadership teams.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle expense reports.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Support risk identification, issue tracking, and escalation management for various business initiatives.
- Create and maintain process documentation, reports, and business communications.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare professional presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support special projects and other executive initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation creation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
- Previous Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant experience supporting senior leaders.
- Previous call center or healthcare industry experience.
- Experience creating business, operational, or IT-related documentation.
- Exposure to project coordination, testing activities, or implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Project Management certification or coursework in progress is a plus.
