Primary Responsibilities:

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Analyze financial performance, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
• Partner with business, operations, and functional leaders to support strategic decision-making and drive financial accountability
• Lead variance analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning to improve business performance and profitability
• Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders
• Utilize advanced Excel and Essbase/SmartView to perform financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
• Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and data quality initiatives
• Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior team members as needed
• Demonstrate agility in managing ad hoc requests, executive analyses, and high-priority business initiatives while balancing regular FP&A deliverables
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• MBA, CA, or equivalent qualification
• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or finance business partnering
• Solid experience in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Essbase/SmartView (or similar planning/reporting tools)
• Proven excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
• Proven solid communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and matrixed environment
