Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
  • Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Utilize Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with an extended product team and data engineering to support the build-out of appropriate data sets
  • Experience with one or more of the following: JIRA/ Rally /GITHUB
  • Work with clinical teams to improve documentation and care delivery by Identifying the gaps in the process
  • Should have experience with HEDIS-certified tools like Inovalon or Cotiviti to calculate quality measures
  • Prepare HEDIS reports for submission to NCQA or CMS
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Solid experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
  • Experience working with HEDIS measures in Managed Care settings
  • US health care experience with solid analysis in member level claims
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases
  • Solid understanding of Python for data analysis and automation
  • Proven excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
  • Proven solid attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Monitor compliance with submission deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Familiarity with machine learning and statistical analysis techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity to Agile 
  • CQL / FHIR experience
