We are seeking a Channel Specialist - Web Analytics & Digital Strategy to drive data-informed decision-making across digital channels. This role will be responsible for website analytics, performance reporting, dashboard creation, data management, and generating actionable insights to optimize digital experiences and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with business acumen to translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Web Analytics & Performance Measurement
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, user behavior, traffic trends, engagement, and conversion data
- Identify opportunities to improve digital channel performance and user experience through data-driven insights
- Track and measure KPIs across various digital properties and marketing initiatives
- Support optimization efforts by evaluating the effectiveness of content, campaigns, and digital experiences
- Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, validate, and manage data from multiple digital and business sources to ensure reporting accuracy
- Develop, maintain, and automate recurring reports to provide timely performance visibility
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across reporting frameworks
- Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and success metrics
- Dashboard Development & Visualization
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools
- Present complex data in a clear, meaningful, and actionable format for business and leadership audiences
- Create executive-level reporting and visualizations to support strategic decision-making
- Continuously enhance dashboards and reporting capabilities to improve business insights
- Insights & Digital Strategy
- Synthesize data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers
- Translate analytics findings into actionable recommendations that support digital and channel strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, web, product, and analytics teams to optimize digital experiences and customer journeys
- Support strategic planning through forecasting, trend analysis, and performance reviews
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in web analytics, digital strategy, business intelligence, or data analysis
- Solid experience in website analytics, dashboard development, and performance reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and turn findings into actionable business insights
- Proven excellent communication and presentation skills with experience supporting leadership stakeholders
- Proven solid problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools
- Experience with data visualization best practices and KPI framework development
- Familiarity with SQL, customer data platforms, or enterprise reporting environments
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics, customer journeys, and channel performance measurement
