Primary Responsibilities:

• Define and drive multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI/ML solutions aligned to enterprise priorities
• Partner with senior executive leadership to shape strategy, clarify decision points, and secure sponsorship for AI/ML investments
• Track end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery, delivery, adoption, performance, and lifecycle management) with clear OKRs and governance
• Translate AI/ML ideas into executive-ready narratives, business cases, and investment recommendations (value, cost, risk, and timeline)
• Establish success metrics and executive reporting (dashboards, QBRs/MBRs), driving adoption, customer satisfaction, and measurable business impact
• Own product financial health: funding model, budget, benefits realization, and portfolio trade-offs across initiatives
• Champion responsible AI/ML practices, scalable patterns, and technical debt management to ensure secure, compliant, and maintainable solutions
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master in CS/Engineering /AI; MBA is a plus
• 15+ years of professional experience with 5-7 years in product management and 3+ years managing AI/ML driven products, technology strategy, including enterprise-scale delivery
• Proven ability to translate AI/ML opportunities into business cases and outcome-based roadmaps (value, cost, risk, dependencies)
• Proven solid thinker with exceptional executive communication skills, including high-quality presentations, concise reporting, and influence with VP and senior executive stakeholders
• Proven solid leadership using agile product development (backlog, sprint planning, definition of done) and product tooling (e.g., Aha or similar)
• Proven ability to partner deeply with engineering/architecture/data science teams on solution design, operating model, and platform evolution
