Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of advanced AI/ML solutions for ECS Big Bets and AI 10.0 initiatives
• Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance for AI systems, LLM integrations, and agentic/multi-agentic solutions
• Drive innovation in AI workflows, including prompt engineering, LLM gateways, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and solution design
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, including model development, optimization, and production deployment
• Ensure quality and reliability through unit testing, code coverage, and automation frameworks
• Collaborate with global teams to align solutions with enterprise standards, security, and compliance

• Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in AI/ML solution development
• Deep hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, LLM gateways, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Advanced knowledge of unit testing, code coverage, and test automation frameworks
• Proficiency in Python, and experience with React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL for full-stack development
• Proven expertise in AI/ML model design, training, optimization, and deployment at scale
• Proven solid background in building agentic and multi-agentic solutions for complex workflows
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, provide architectural guidance, and mentor junior engineers
• Proven excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills for global team environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• AI Dojo Certification or equivalent advanced AI training
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments and familiarity with AI observability tools like Arize AX
