The Lead Data Analytics Engineer serves as a technical leader responsible for enterprise analytics architecture, cloud data platform strategy, and delivery oversight. This role drives large-scale analytics initiatives leveraging Power BI, Databricks, Snowflake, and modern cloud platforms while mentoring teams and partnering with business leaders to deliver measurable business value.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture & Strategy
  • Define end-to-end analytics architecture for enterprise solutions
  • Lead design of scalable reporting, semantic modeling, and cloud data ecosystems
  • Establish standards for Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric implementations
  • Drive modernization initiatives, platform optimization, and automation strategies
• Technical Leadership
  • Provide architectural guidance to developers, engineers, and analysts
  • Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical governance sessions
  • Lead performance optimization and enterprise scalability efforts
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and analytics capabilities
• Enterprise Delivery
  • Manage multiple analytics workstreams and cross-functional teams
  • Partner with business leaders to align analytics investments with organizational priorities
  • Lead complex transformation initiatives involving data modernization and self-service analytics
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of analytics, BI, and data engineering experience
• 4+ years in Power BI architecture and enterprise reporting
• Solid experience with:
  • Enterprise data modeling
  • Data warehousing
  • SQL optimization
  • PySpark/Python
  • CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Cloud architecture patterns
• Proven deep expertise in Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud-based data ecosystems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure Data Engineering certifications
• Microsoft Fabric architecture experience
• Experience leading enterprise modernization programs
• Healthcare or payer analytics experience
• AI-enabled analytics and conversational BI experience
