Primary Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Build solid partnerships across business, technology, design, analytics, operations, legal, privacy, compliance, and other stakeholder groups
  • Facilitate alignment on priorities, scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, decisions, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Support governance, operational readiness, and scalable delivery practices
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Strategy, or related roles
• Experience in Agile product delivery, managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization activities
• Experience using data and metrics to inform product decisions
• Experience managing multiple initiatives and balancing competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs and customer insights into actionable product requirements
• Demonstrated solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated solid communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting digital self-service, web, mobile, contact center, or customer engagement experiences
• Experience with AI-enabled products, conversational AI, chatbots, virtual assistants, automation, or emerging technologies
• Experience working with enterprise platforms, APIs, integrations, shared services, or scalable digital solutions
• Experience supporting analytics, reporting, measurement, or value realization initiatives
• Experience using tools such as Aha!, Jira, Rally, Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience
• Familiarity with governance, operational processes, workflow management, or regulatory considerations
