Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of seasonal employee engagement campaigns, including segmentation strategy, channel mix, messaging approach, test-and-learn design, and performance optimization
- Own open enrollment marketing collateral. Ensure all collateral is clear, compelling, up to date and available in appropriate branding, platform, and file formats to meet open enrollment period timelines for Employer clients
- Develop and execute campaign strategies for innovation initiatives including new segments and channels. Support emerging or unplanned campaign needs aligned to Employer business priorities
- Manage email development and deployment in the enterprise Adobe platform
- Partner with Creative, Product, Relationship Management, Marketing Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams - driving alignment, resolving tradeoffs, and ensuring on-time delivery of compliant, high-quality collateral and campaigns
- Own campaign performance analysis and insights, partnering with analytics teams to assess engagement, conversion, and ROI, and translating findings into clear recommendations for optimization
- Provide regular updates to leadership and monthly reporting on campaigns and initiatives
- Operate independently, prioritizing work based on business needs and managing multiple concurrent initiatives in partnership with leadership
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing with focus on driving consumer engagement
- Experience in developing, executing and measuring email campaigns
- Experience in developing print collateral (flyers, brochures)
- Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to execute initiatives under tight timelines in a highly matrixed and cross-functional environment, including partnering with Creative, Marketing Operations, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Product, and Relationship Management teams
- Demonstrated solid quantitative and analytical orientation, with demonstrated ability to measure campaign performance and ROI in partnership with analytics teams
- Demonstrated to be comfortable with ambiguity and able to shift projects and strategies to meet business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multi-channel campaign experience
- Experience in health care, financial services/fintech, or benefits-related industries
- Experience with systems such as Workfront, Smartsheets, or Adobe
- Experience with Employer audiences
- Experience marketing regulated products or operating in highly regulated environments
