You will operate effectively in a global organization, maintain solid alignment with US‑based leadership and counterparts, and influence prioritization and execution across portfolios and dependent teams while driving measurable customer and business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Voice of Customer and Outcome‑Based Opportunity Shaping
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders and leverage analytics to obtain voice‑of‑customer (VOC) insights
    • Shape outcome‑based opportunities into high‑value, customer‑centric capabilities, including opportunities enabled by AI and advanced analytics
  • AI‑Enabled Product Capabilities
    • Support identification and prioritization of AI / GenAI use cases (e.g., conversational interfaces, agent‑assisted workflows, intelligent search, personalization) that reduce friction, improve self‑service, and enhance member and provider experiences
    • Partner with data science and engineering teams to ensure AI solutions include appropriate feedback loops and success metrics (eg, adoption, containment, efficiency, satisfaction)
  • Technical Partnership and Delivery Execution
    • Partner with engineering and architecture leaders to ensure effective execution of roadmap commitments
    • Understand system flows, architectural constraints, AI model dependencies, and delivery trade‑offs to inform sequencing and prioritization decisions
  • Prioritization and OKR Alignment
    • Influence prioritization using data‑driven approaches, balancing operational needs with innovation
    • Ensure initiatives, features, and user stories are explicitly tied to measurable OKRs and agreed‑upon outcomes
  • People Leadership and Capability Development
    • Lead, coach, and mentor Technical Product Managers
    • Build depth in product management craft, including AI literacy, outcome‑driven discovery, and data‑informed decision‑making
    • Develop a solid and scalable TPM talent pipeline
  • Cross‑Functional Alignment and Communication
    • Communicate changes in strategic direction, priorities, or sequencing to cross‑functional teams
    • Ensure clarity on commitments, dependencies, and delivery outcomes across geographies and partner organizations
  • Risk, Issue and Dependency Management
    • Anticipate, surface, and escalate risks that could impact timelines, budgets, regulatory compliance, or strategic objectives
    • Drive resolution of complex, cross‑portfolio challenges, including those related to AI, data quality, and operational readiness
  • Financial Stewardship and Value Communication
    • Monitor investment and delivery health; raise awareness when variances emerge
    • Communicate progress, trade‑offs, and delivered value through executive‑ready narratives and artifacts
  • AI‑Accelerated Product Delivery Practices
    • Champion responsible use of AI to improve product discovery, backlog quality, analytics, experimentation, and delivery efficiency
    • Stay current with emerging AI capabilities and industry trends to inform product discussions with business and technical partners
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
