Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce development teams across multiple projects and initiatives
- Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and code review oversight
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
- Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business goals
- Drive best practices for Salesforce development, governance, and deployment
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers
- Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Lead and manage integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware platforms
- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and system security
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and quality practices
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support release and deployment processes
- Identify technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with enterprise standards
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (16+ years of formal education)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (mandatory)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory)
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce Technical Lead role
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Solid expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security model
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices (Git, Jenkins, Copado, etc.)
- Proven solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Proven excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to mentor and guide development teams
