Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and stateside partners on driving strategic initiatives (AIML, Process transformation, Technology initiatives) in claims capability
  • Identify process transformation and optimization opportunities, drive those to completion in collaboration with business and technology
  • Conduct discovery sessions, feasibility assessments with Tech teams on identified opportunities, create detailed cost benefit analysis and requirement documents
  • Conduct reviews of work in progress and anticipated future progress
  • Provide progress updates on projects to key stakeholders
  • Ensure the delivery commitments are met within defined timelines
  • Identify issues and challenges, lead/facilitate improvement projects, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of process improvements or changes identified
  • Execute a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing, and reporting data
  • Define appropriate metrics to gage processes performance through structured reporting governance model
  • Presenting project analysis and findings to senior leadership to obtain the approval, funding, and other requirements to resolve the issue.
  • Uses multiple ways to frame information for difference audiences to facilitate understanding and acceptance
  • Finds multiple links between addressing and working through challenges and the goals of the work unit and the enterprise
  • Can generate solutions to problems on own; contributes effectively to group problem solving; can make up things that work on the fly
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Post-graduate degree, preferably an MBA from a Tier 1 Institute, with 4+ years, or if from other MBA college min 6+ years of overall experience
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, must have driven Black Belt projects and mentored Green Belt and Lean projects
  • Worked in a service or BPO setup in a matrix organization
  • Conducted process diagnostics| parity studies with enterprise functions
  • Good knowledge of advanced technologies such as AIML, RPA and their application
  • Knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, proficient in Project Management Tools and Techniques
  • Proven solid analytical, communication and presentation skills
