Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive Six Sigma quality culture in the organization
• Collaborate with internal and stateside partners on driving strategic initiatives (AIML, Process transformation, Technology initiatives) in claims capability
• Identify process transformation and optimization opportunities, drive those to completion in collaboration with business and technology
• Execute a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data
• Define appropriate metrics to gage processes performance through structured reporting governance model
• Presenting project analysis and findings to key stakeholders to obtain the approval, funding and other requirements to achieve the goal
• Tracks and ensures that process improvement goals in aligned span are met and relevant initiatives are launched to support attainment of critical business objectives
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Post-graduate degree, preferably an MBA from a Tier 1 Institute, with 5+ years of total experience
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification from a recognized certification body or previous organization is an advantage
• Knowledge of advanced technologies such as AI/ML, RPA and their applications
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint tools
• Demonstrated experience in project management and change management
• Proven solid quantitative, communication & presentation skills
• Proven exposure to a US Healthcare account in previous role or organization
