The Security Operations Center (SOC) Supervisor supports the Global Intelligence Operations (GIO) by providing operational oversight, shift leadership, and hands on support for real time security monitoring and incident response. This role combines supervisory responsibilities with the ability to perform SOC Operator functions to ensure uninterrupted 24/7/365 operations.
Operating within established procedures and governance frameworks, the SOC Supervisor is responsible for maintaining operational tempo, ensuring quality and consistency in incident handling, and serving as the primary escalation point during assigned shifts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide shift level supervision and oversight for SOC Operators, ensuring consistent execution of monitoring, intake, and escalation procedures
- Actively perform SOC Operator duties as needed to maintain coverage during staffing gaps, surge periods, or complex incidents
- Serve as the primary escalation point for security incidents requiring advanced judgment, coordination, or leadership awareness
- Monitor enterprise physical security systems, alarms, and operational dashboards to maintain real time situational awareness
- Review incident documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards
- Coordinate response activities with site security teams, Executive Protection, facilities, vendors, and (GIO) counterparts as required
- Provide real time guidance and decision support to SOC Operators during active incidents
- Proficiency of the local language of the country were monitoring center is located and English (written and verbal) is required to support site-level operational needs and coordination with local emergency services Successful completion of enterprise background screening, and any additional vetting required to access corporate security systems
- Ensure structured shift handovers are completed, including transfer of incident ownership and situational awareness
- Identify operational issues, procedural gaps, or recurring challenges and elevate them to leadership with recommended improvements
- Support onboarding, coaching, and day to day performance guidance for SOC Operators
- Enforce compliance with enterprise security policies, governance standards, and confidentiality requirements
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in security operations, monitoring, dispatch, emergency coordination, or a related operational role
- Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC), Regional SOC (RSOC), or comparable 24/7 operations environment
- Proven ability to lead or oversee operational activities in real time, high pressure situations
- Proven solid written and verbal communication skills, including experience providing guidance and escalation updates
- Demonstrated ability to balance supervisory responsibilities with hands on operational execution
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and sound judgment when handling sensitive or high impact security incidents
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience serving as a lead operator, shift lead, or acting supervisor in an operations center environment
- Familiarity with enterprise physical security systems, alarm monitoring platforms, and incident management tools

Working Conditions
- In person role based within the Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Shift based schedule supporting 24/7/365 operational coverage, including nights and weekends
- Dayside, follow the sun shift schedule supporting operational coverage 7 days a week, including weekends
- Fast paced operational environment requiring sustained attention, leadership presence, and decision making
- Role involves handling sensitive security and operational information
