As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for creating machine learning models and retraining systems. You will work closely with AI Architects, Cloud Engineers, and a CRM Development Team, such as Salesforce. Your role will involve working with GenAI models like Gemini, GPT4, and others, as well as traditional machine learning models from the NLP/Deep Learning discipline. A key part of your role will be evaluating models and maintaining ethical responsibilities.


The ideal candidate for this role is a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of machine learning models and technologies. They must be able to work collaboratively with a diverse team and have a solution-oriented mindset. They should also have a strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards in their work.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with AI Architects, Cloud Engineers, and a CRM Development Team to design and implement machine learning models and systems
  • Work with GenAI models like Gemini, GPT4, as well as traditional machine learning models from the NLP/Deep Learning discipline
  • Retrain existing models and systems to ensure their accuracy and efficiency
  • Evaluate machine learning models and ensure they adhere to ethical standards
  • Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in machine learning and artificial intelligence
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the development team on machine learning-related issues
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to the machine learning systems and conduct regular system tests to ensure their functionality and efficiency
  • Document all procedures and systems related to the machine learning infrastructure for future reference and audits

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering from a recognized university or 4+ years of equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role in the industry
  • Experience working with AI technologies and cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, GCP)
  • Solid knowledge of GenAI models like Gemini, GPT4, and traditional machine learning models from the NLP/Deep Learning discipline
  • Proficiency in Python development


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Machine Learning certifications
  • Experience in a Healthcare Payer enterprise
  • Experience in training team members on machine learning technologies and applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of engineers, architects, and developers
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and practices
  • Solid communication and project management skills


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
