Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own quality assurance, testing and test reporting for assigned applications and application components
  • Develop Test Scripts according to Acceptance Test-driven Development (ATDD), Behavior Driven Testing methods using Gherkin and Cucumber Test Frameworks
  • Performing daily regression, Sprint based regression using Jenkins scheduled jobs
  • Use quality standard practices logging regression defects in Rally tool and triage defect root causes and regression testing
  • Use Java Software Engineering Practices (Design Patterns, Salesforce Patterns and Practices) for developing code
  • Implement and maintain DevOps Capabilities, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices using test labs and tools
  • Source code, environment, deployment and release management
  • Analyze, use and create mock data to simulate SOAP/REST web services
  • Deliver software within an Agile (scrum) environment
  • Assist in sprint planning, estimation, requirement analysis and review
  • Maintain Salesforce Service Cloud data and configurations to support test needs
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues, identifying and fixing root causes
  • Collaborate with other teams across the portfolio to assure the success of the overall program
  • Share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing with the scrum team
  • Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovate
  • Stay abreast of leading-edge technologies in the industry
  • Assist in conducting proof of concepts to evaluate the feasibility of implementing new tools, technology and requirements
  • Adapt and remain effective in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or related field
  • 3 + years of hands-on experience in test automation using Python
  • 2+ years of experience developing automated test scripts using Selenium, Selenium WebDriver using java, Cucumber, with integration to Jenkins and Sauce labs
  • 2+ years of experience in Automation Acceptance Test Driven Development framework implementation
  • 2 + years of experience in testing applications in a cloud environment (Aws, Azure, GCP) preferably GCP
  • 2 years of experience in testing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) model (or) systems
  • 1+ years of experience in testing REST services

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Agile Central Rally experience
  • Exposure to Issue Management applications like ALM
  • Exposure to cloud technologies 
  • Understanding and hands on experience on large language models.
  • Proficient in using Integrated Development Tools such as IntelliJ, Eclipse along with Source Control Systems such as git
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC and specifically automated QA processes in Agile development environments
  • Good understanding of multiple test automation frameworks and Dev Ops
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, learn quickly and solve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust to meet the needs of the audience
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work with others during time constraints to meet deadlines

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
