Primary Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
- Design and implement high‑quality product features, including reusable components, frameworks, and libraries that support long‑term scalability and maintainability
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT partners to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Develop scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions aligned with architectural standards and engineering best practices
- Contribute to and operate within an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other team ceremonies
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement durable solutions to improve system performance and stability
- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and adherence to established development standards
- Continuously improve the software development process and contribute to the technical roadmap through innovation and thought leadership

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with C#/.NET Core, MS SQL/T‑SQL, and building web and Windows applications
- 5+ years of experience with front‑end and API technologies, including React, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, HTML, and RESTful API development
- 2+ years of Cloud and DevOps experience including Azure Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Linux, PowerShell, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD tools
- 1+ years of experience developing services, functions, and patterns using OpenAI technologies and leveraging AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Spec Kit, Codex, and Claude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Vue.js
- Healthcare industry knowledge
- Strong documentation skills
- Expertise in performance and scalability optimization
- Knowledge of software and infrastructure security best practices

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
